Costa Brazil Creator Francisco Costa Explored the Amazon to Get Inspired for the Brand’s First Fragrance | Source: Costa Brazil
Known for its cult candles and facial oil blends, beloved brand Costa Brazil has added the fragrance to its catalog.
The eco-beneficial beauty line created by former Clavin Klein creative director Francisco Costa has launched its first-ever fragrance and it’s a sure hit with the brand’s fans.
Dubbed “Aroma,” the new Costa Brazil fragrance continues the brand’s commitment to eco-consciousness created using a vegan and cruelty-free formula with sustainably sourced ingredients.
It exudes a sensual scent of spicy woods, crushed leaves, tropical flowers that channels a soothing and soothing olfactory experience.
This unisex fragrance is a deeply personal scent inspired by a natural resin that grows in the Amazon. An aromatic woody eau de parfum, a blend of fresh earth, flowers and crushed leaves, reminiscent of waking up in the jungle at dawn.
Billed as a scent for “everyone, everything, everywhere,” the unisex scent includes mood-boosting and stress-reducing phytoncides. It is inspired by the jungles of Brazil by combining white jungle flora, patchouli, sandalwood, vetiver and amber accords.
In 2016 Costa returned to his native Brazil to explore the natural wonders of the Amazon rainforest. There he discovered rare indigenous fruits, medicinal serums and herbs, new ingredients and local healing rituals.
Through his exploration, he experienced a reconnection to the Earth and its elements which all contributed to the unique scent of Costa Brazil.
Costa Brazil combines the raw power of the natural world with Costa’s unrivaled eye for beauty in a concerted effort to nurture the body, as well as the earth.
The packaging follows Costa Brazil’s appealing minimalist aesthetic, arriving in a custom-designed wooden bottle that’s sleek, streamlined and suitably durable. It encloses a refillable glass bottle allowing buyers to refill and reuse the perfume.
Soon, Costa Brazil will also launch Aroma as a roll-on scented oil based on Pataua oil, extracted from the berries of Seje palm trees in the Amazon.
Rich in oleic acid, vitamin E, A, and amino acid protein, Costa Brazil claims the fast-absorbing oil has skin-firming properties, leaving behind a soft, powdery feel.
