Forest Essentials unveils two body mists with intense scent
Cosmetics company Forest Essentials has unveiled two body mists with intense scent: Sunehre Din, which translates to Radiant Days, and Chandani Raatein or Moonlit Nights.
It seems that Forest Essentials perfumes contain pure Aloe Vera juice to hydrate the skin and leave it scented with a lasting aroma of essential oils that leave it scented for hours.
These perfumes are priced at Rs 4,800 and are available on the company’s own platform and in all of its stores.
The company claims that at the heart of this fragrance are the alluring floral notes of Ruh Motiya and a bewitching note of white jasmine or Nayamalika.
Native to Madurai in southern India, these coveted jasmine blossoms are picked at dawn when the first rays set in and their fragrance is at its peak, with their petals freshly covered in a veil of dew. Infused with fragrant Golden Champa and Raat ki Raani, Chandani Raatein ends with a sensory base note of deeply opulent sandalwood that has a harmonious and calming effect on the senses.
In India, perfumes and scented articles have been used since the pre-Vedic and Vedic periods and are widely accepted. The perfume market in India is expected to reach 139.44 billion rupees by 2024, growing at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of around 15.93% during the forecast period, compared to its value of 66.58 billion rupees in 2019.
